We offer Vinyasa Flow, a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes, in which movement is synchronized to the breath. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. This is a mixed group, which includes beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga. Our experienced instructors will individually guide you through the poses if necessary. The breath becomes an important component because the instructor will instruct you to move from one pose to the next, on an inhale or an exhale. So come to our intimate studio for an authentic yoga experience.
